It&#8217;s the most common mistake and one of the most damaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recruiters see hundreds of applications. They have learned to spot AI-generated letters instantly \u2014 the language is too polished, too generic, too interchangeable. When every letter sounds the same, none of them stands out.
